Digital Data Analyst (GA4, GTM, Looker): Owning day-to-day analytics implementation and reporting across GA4, Adobe Analytics, and GTM with an accent on accurate tracking, dataLayers, and actionable business insights. Focus on building automated dashboards, troubleshooting data discrepancies, contributing to CRO analysis, and partnering with marketing and engineering teams.

Location: Work From Home (Philippines). Work schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM AEDT (6 AM - 3 PM PH time).

What you will do

• Own implementation and management of GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and Adobe Analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain dataLayers for scalable tracking.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio or PowerBI for actionable insights.
• Conduct CRO analysis, evaluate tests, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to define tracking requirements.
• Troubleshoot data issues, translate insights for decision-making, and improve processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital/marketing analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics implementation.
• Experience with dataLayers, tracking frameworks, and user experience analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, dashboards (Looker Studio, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of digital ads tools, CDPs, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
