Location: 100% remote work flexibility within Canada and the US

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, sequencing features based on user needs, business value, technical constraints, and regulations.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria from real-world workflows.
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
- Act as primary contact for development team, clarifying requirements and removing blockers.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to align business needs with product vision.
- Develop user personas, journeys, and workflow models; manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar in Agile environments.
- CSPO or PSPO certification required or strongly preferred.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- Proven user story writing and priority management in fast-paced settings.
- Technical fluency, analytical skills, excellent communication, and decision-making under ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience in ERP, HCM, or work management systems.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise workflows in finance, HR, or operations.
