Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + discretionary bonus

What you will do
- Translate product roadmap into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead daily Scrum ceremonies, refinement sessions, and backlog prioritization
- Act as liaison between cross-functional teams to align business priorities with technical requirements
- Document, analyze, and maintain requirements in Azure DevOps/TFS
- Facilitate requirements elicitation from user, business, and regulatory needs
- Contribute to corporate procedures for requirement management and system engineering
Requirements
- Must physically reside in Glenview, IL or nearby
- Knowledge of engineering and product development practices
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and authoring user stories
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps/TFS and Figma for UI reviews
- Thorough knowledge of web-based and desktop applications
- Experience in medical devices or regulated healthcare industry
- 5+ years in software engineering, product development, or related
- 3+ years in project delivery roles
Nice to have
- Degree in computer science or engineering
- Experience with SAFe and agile development
- Solid understanding of medical device regulatory requirements
