Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually + discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Translate product roadmap into features and manage product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead daily Scrum ceremonies, refinement sessions, and act as liaison between cross-functional teams
• Transform business priorities into technical requirements and ensure objectives are met for program increments
• Document and review requirements, maintain them in systems like Azure DevOps/TFS, and facilitate elicitation from user, business, and regulatory needs
• Contribute to corporate procedures for requirement management and system engineering

Requirements

• Must physically reside in Glenview, IL or nearby
• Ability to document complex products/systems and knowledge of engineering/product development practices
• Thorough knowledge of web-based and desktop applications
• Experience with medical devices or regulated healthcare industry
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, authoring features/user stories, and proficiency in Azure DevOps/TFS
• Working knowledge of Figma for UI desihirify.global review; 5+ years in software engineering/product development, 3+ years in project delivery

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science or engineering
• Experience in SAFe, strong understanding of requirements methodologies and regulatory requirements in medical devices
