What you will do

• Build, scale, and maintain critical features and systems within the Agentforce platform for millions of users.
• Translate customer and business requirements into elegant, flexible, and easy-to-use platform capabilities.
• Lead and participate in software design and architecture discussions and decision-making.
• Drive feature execution by collaborating with architects, product owners, UX designers, and data scientists.
• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a Technical Leader for the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling complex distributed systems in B2B/B2C SaaS.
• In-depth working knowledge of Go and Python.
• Solid experience with large-scale microservices using public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hirify.global).
• Experience in REST-based API development and API lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in TDD, Agile, CI/CD, and overall SDLC best practices.
• Related technical degree and availability for regular on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASR, TTS, and telephony technologies.
• Knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks, systems, and libraries.
• Experience with websockets, gRPC, and protobuf.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate) and SQL/NoSQL.
• DevOps skills including Terraform and automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Sumo Logic.
