Location: Israel - Tel Aviv (Hybrid: 1-3 days/week in office or Office-Based: 4-5 days/week)

What you will do

• Build and design high-scale components for market technology focusing on performance, scalability, and expansion.
• Contribute across SDLC phases: design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing in hybrid model.
• Mentor juniors, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews (seniority-dependent).
• Ship production-grade software using modern practices and AI tools in development workflow.
• Orchestrate complex systems integrating AI agents into human workflows for efficiency.
• Maintain shared system context repository and critically evaluate code for quality and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of OOP and languages: Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, C++
• Web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax
• Experience with SaaS on public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems at scale
• AI-first engineering: using AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.), advanced prompt engineering
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Generative AI expertise (RAG systems, Agentic workflows, LLMs)
• Big Data/ML, S3, Kafka, ElasticSearch
• Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
