What you will do

• Shape and advance the architecture of a scalable full-stack platform.
• Establish organizational standards for system design, technology choices, and development practices.
• Design and manage complex multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Coordinate between data engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to build integrated solutions.
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD, testing strategies, and performance benchmarks.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through technical reviews and guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• At least 2 years in a staff-level or comparable technical leadership position.
• Mastery of React and backend technologies such as Go, Python, or Rust.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design scalable distributed systems across team boundaries.
• English: Proficiency required for working in a remote, multicultural environment.
