What you will do

• Develop and implement world-class user acquisition and retargeting strategies for mobile games.
• Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across social, search, and DSP channels to increase performance.
• Lead creative testing from concept to completion and establish a robust A/B testing framework.
• Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Cultivate business relationships with ad partners to unlock alpha and beta testing opportunities.
• Introduce new automation technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile user acquisition and successfully scaling UA strategies.
• Deep understanding of funnel and conversion metrics in a metrics-based environment.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting from multiple sources.
• Ability to build processes for high-velocity creative testing (~50 new creatives per month).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
• Must work onsite at the Cat Daddy studio location in Kirkland, WA
