TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (IoT): Expanding the Partner network across the North Central region to drive revenue growth and market presence with an accent on relationship management and data-driven lead generation. Focus on nurturing channel partnerships, conducting business reviews, and utilizing AI-powered tools to differentiate telematics solutions.

Location: Must be based in or near the North Central region (Chicago corridor, Minnesota, Iowa, or surrounding area) to support regional travel requirements.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop hirify.global Partner relationships to drive revenue and unit sales through new and existing partners.
  • Enable Partner success by providing necessary tools, training, and resources to drive sales.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including activations, terminations, and revenue.
  • Build brand credibility and trust through regular in-person business reviews and engagement.
  • Coach the partner network on hirify.global solutions via platform training and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maximize co-marketing and lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical or channel sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role within a channel sales organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of telematics or fleet management technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace, including comfort with AI-based data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time; valid passport required for international travel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
