What you will do

• Work closely with Research Analysts, Associates, Principals, and Partners on executive search projects.
• Identify, qualify, attract, and manage candidates through the search process.
• Conduct market intelligence and develop presentations for business development.
• Lead elements of the search process and manage it end-to-end at advanced levels.
• Support business development and advance to Principal/Partner roles.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree advantageous.
• Critical competencies across three levels: candidate identification, search process exposure, market intelligence.
• Progression through levels focusing on leading searches and business development.
• Complete background checks including criminal, education, and employment history.
