What you will do
- Build and grow a high-performing senior engineering team through clarity, accountability, coaching, and feedback.
- Deliver customer outcomes in clinical domain by balancing new product investment, technical health, and sustainability.
- Partner in triad with Product and Design, aligning on success metrics and challenging ideas constructively.
- Apply systems thinking to manage complexity, anticipate impacts, and influence across teams.
- Champion pragmatic AI adoption to improve building processes and customer experiences while ensuring quality and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years engineering management experience leading senior engineers and complex technical domains.
- Strong technical depth for architectural discussions, best practices coaching, and tradeoffs representation.
- Experience in fast-paced high-growth SaaS balancing strategy and execution.
- Success in triad model with Product and Design, advocating technical investments.
- Navigating ambiguity, driving change, and building empowered team cultures; healthcare, regulated domains, or AI exposure as asset.
