What you will do

• Assess business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or replacements.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify system integration opportunities and support workflow automation.
• Analyze data, build dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Design and implement solutions including process changes and configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business analysis, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in analyzing complex business processes, including 2 years in IT advisory/supervisory role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft products: SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process mapping, requirement gathering, project analysis, reporting.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with business process modeling, system integration principles.

Nice to have

• Project Management designation or IT in business operations/change management.
• Experience with Quickbase or other low-code software.
• Troubleshooting in user support settings.
