Location: Current work authorization for Canada is required. Hybrid schedule based in Toronto, moving to Mississauga in late 2026.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize business processes to align with strategic goals and mitigate risks.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements for new systems, resources, and tools.
• Manage ad hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to compliance and legal standards.
• Liaise between business units, technical teams, external vendors, and learning partners.
• Deliver and develop client reporting via IM Systems, performing quality control checks and documentation.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven experience in business analysis and/or project management.
• Background in wealth or investment management.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism in English and French (verbal & written).
• Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR).
• Insurance designation.
