Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 USD

Counterpart Health, a subsidiary of hirify.global, develops AI-enabled solutions to help physicians diagnose and manage chronic conditions more effectively.

What you will do

  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools and platforms to improve productivity across the product organization.
  • Solve IT and security challenges to ensure AI tool deployment is HIPAA-compliant.
  • Simplify tool adoption for non-engineers by packaging environments and removing infrastructure friction.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to identify high-leverage AI automation opportunities.
  • Create documentation and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new AI capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain the AI tooling stack based on team feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Deep familiarity with the current AI tooling landscape, LLMs, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management (OAuth, SSO, SCIM, Cloud IAM).
  • Proficiency with enterprise infrastructure, including containers and cloud platform administration.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and build tools quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical AI capabilities for non-technical stakeholders.
