What you will do

• Support execution of compliance roadmap and manage specific regulatory change projects.
• Provide independent review, challenge, advice, training, and monitoring to business units.
• Own compliance roadmap items, ensure timely delivery, and escalate risks.
• Deliver high-quality advice on regulatory matters and develop training materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments, manage non-compliance risks, and handle incidents.
• Liaise with stakeholders, external advisors, and act as role model for junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in regulatory compliance in financial services, preferably payments sector.
• Understanding of UK regulations including PSRs, EMRs, AML/CTF, GDPR.
• Experience drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to promote compliance culture and work in 3LOD model.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FCA, HMRC, or relevant certifications (ICA, CAMS).
• Experience in second line compliance model.
