What you will do

• Design and implement mathematical models and game logic defining gameplay and payouts.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets, pay tables, and supporting mathematical documentation.
• Develop tools and models to validate game logic and underlying data.
• Collaborate with art, audio, engineering, and game design teams to align mathematics with player experience.
• Play-test games, run simulations, and refine mathematical models using testing and player feedback.
• Analyze market performance data and ensure game mathematics meets jurisdictional requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in mathematical modeling, game mathematics, casino game mathematics, or similar quantitative work.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and combinatorics.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.
• Programming experience or familiarity with Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, curiosity, and initiative skills.
