What you will do

• Design and document core mathematical parameters including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and payout structures.
• Build and maintain simulation models to validate game mechanics and test edge cases using Monte Carlo methods.
• Prepare comprehensive mathematical documentation for regulatory submissions and certification labs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate implementation of mathematical logic.
• Provide data-driven insights into game performance, player behavior, and profitability to support roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a game mathematician in iGaming or a closely related environment.
• Advanced knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics, and stochastic processes.
• Proven ability to build and validate mathematical models from concept through production release.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning, anomaly detection, or advanced statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of player-behavior modeling, game theory, or retention modeling.
• Familiarity with RNG principles, RGS architecture, and casino platform integrations.
• Experience with data platforms, BI tools, and production monitoring systems.
