What you will do

• Own the mathematical design and validation of new and existing iGaming products.
• Design RTP, volatility, hit frequency, payout distributions, pay tables, bet limits, jackpot mechanics, side bets, and bonus mechanics.
• Build mathematical models and large-scale Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate expected value, variance, confidence intervals, risk exposure, and payout behaviour.
• Prepare mathematical documentation, simulation reports, theoretical RTP calculations, and statistical validation materials for approvals, testing labs, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide mathematical sign-off for game specifications and releases, ensuring production implementations match approved models.
• Advise Product, Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, Operations, and senior stakeholders on game performance, profitability, player behaviour, and mathematical risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another highly quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a game mathematician in iGaming, online casino, live casino, slots, table games, lottery, or a related gaming environment.
• Strong knowledge of RTP, volatility, variance, hit frequency, pay-table construction, jackpot design, bonus mechanics, and payout modelling.
• Advanced knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics, stochastic processes, optimisation, and simulation methods.
• Experience building, validating, and documenting mathematical models through certification and production release.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills, with close attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience across live casino, table games, slots, game shows, and gamification.
• Experience with jackpot systems, progressive prizes, side bets, missions, tournaments, free spins, drops, or reward-distribution mechanics.
• Knowledge of regulated iGaming markets, testing labs, certification processes, RNG principles, RGS architecture, or casino platform integrations.
• Experience with machine learning, anomaly detection, advanced statistical modelling, fraud or risk analytics, player-behaviour modelling, behavioural economics, game theory, or retention modelling.
• Experience with data platforms, dashboards, BI tools, or production monitoring systems.
