Game Mathematician (Slots)

What you will do

• Design and own mathematical models for real-money slot games, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and feature mechanics.
• Build simulations to validate models and ensure statistical accuracy.
• Collaborate with game designers, product managers, producers, engineers, and international teams to bring game concepts to life.
• Iterate on game mechanics using testing results, stakeholder feedback, and performance data.
• Analyze live-game performance and provide insights to improve engagement and revenue.
• Support implementation and contribute to an internal game prototyping tool for rapid concept validation.

Requirements

• Experience designing mathematical models for real-money slot games.
• Strong knowledge of probability, combinatorics, and statistics.
• Experience building simulations.
• Experience working with developers to implement mathematical models.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Portfolio links with samples of current games and previous slot products; sample math files may be requested for technical review.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Exposure to different slot mechanics and game types.
• Understanding of certification requirements across markets.
• Interest or experience applying AI tools and techniques to game design, simulation, or content generation.
