Location: 100% remote, Canada (must be authorized to work in Canada)

Compensation: CAD $25.00 - $29.00 hourly

What you will do

• Act as primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance against KPIs.
• Handle commercial aspects, identify risks, and drive business development opportunities in US and Canada.
• Liaise between hirify.global teams and clients, organize trainings, project reviews, and report to client senior management.
• Collaborate with sales team on new opportunities and achieve annual targets for retention and new business.
• Promote company image and implement process improvements for timely certification issuance.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
• 3+ years in customer care/administrative role
• Experience in automotive industry (manufacturing, supplier quality, quality control, testing)
• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and ability to apply them
• Written and verbal communication in English (required)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and hirify.global systems; ability to manage multiple projects.

• Experience in TIC industry supporting Business Assurance.
