What you will do

• Lead execution for complex underwriting and new business modernization initiatives.
• Translate high-level strategy into detailed, executable delivery plans and scope definitions.
• Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Product, and Distribution workstreams to ensure alignment.
• Support program governance through status reporting and risk/dependency management.
• Produce executive-ready materials, milestone summaries, and risk assessments for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business execution or program delivery within Life/Disability Insurance or Financial Services.
• 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale system or platform modernization.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed delivery environment partnering with technical and business teams.
• Experience with enterprise tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Must be located in or able to work in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated underwriting, third-party data integrations (labs, EHR), and rules engines.
• Background in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, including sprint execution and increment planning.
• Exposure to Salesforce-enabled platforms supporting underwriting or advisor workflows.
• Experience in production readiness, rollout, and stabilization including defect triage.
