Salary: $95,680 - $158,230 annually

What you will do
- Facilitate strategic decisions and provide leadership for project execution, managing scope, financials, and schedules.
- Partner with directors and process owners to create project plans, drive results, and adapt to changing needs.
- Collect and analyze statistical data, prepare reports, and develop dashboards using Excel, Visio, and data systems.
- Leverage lean methodology for system redesign, process improvements, and cost-cutting initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across units, resolve resource issues, and evaluate performance of units and managers.
- Develop management objectives, policies, and tracking tools while interfacing with financial and information systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years performance improvement experience with lean principles, tools, and techniques.
- 2+ years experience using data sources to enhance or automate process workflows.
- Strategic planning and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel; familiarity with MS Visio, PowerPoint, and functional SQL knowledge.

- Master's degree (MHA or MBA).
