What you will do

• Gather and maintain organizational charts, workflow diagrams, staffing levels, and internal audit reports.
• Review reorganization requests and program improvement suggestions for format and completeness.
• Compile and distribute reports on proposed program goals, budgets, and performance criteria.
• Perform routine calculations for cost estimates, production rates, and workload figures.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and narrative summaries for management and program analysis reports.
• Support the development of administrative controls and research program reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in management analysis or program evaluation within a federal or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create complex charts and graphs.
• Clearance: Public Trust required.
• Familiarity with federal performance management frameworks such as GPRA and OMB Circular A-11.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
