What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of an enterprise-grade frontend architecture for real-time geospatial and time-series data sets.
• Architect agentic workflows and ML-powered interfaces to transition the platform from passive visualization to proactive decision support.
• Partner with AI Research and Power Systems teams to translate complehirify.global algorithmic outputs into intuitive, AI-assisted user ehirify.globalperiences.
• Optimize the Critical Rendering Path using WebGL or Canvas to handle millions of data points efficiently.
• Establish engineering ehirify.globalcellence by defining best practices for state management, testing, and component-driven development.
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of rigorous craftsmanship through code reviews and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ehirify.globalperience in frontend or fullstack engineering, leading technical vision for large-scale platforms.
• Proven ehirify.globalperience building applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or predictive ML models.
• Mastery of TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Ability to design "Human-in-the-loop" systems that integrate AI suggestions with human ehirify.globalpertise.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York.

Nice to have

• Ehirify.globalperience with power systems, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), or climate-tech applications.
• Familiarity with Kotlin, Java, Python, or Go for contributing to backend services.
