What you will do

• Own major areas of the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and consistency across the platform.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• Design and implement polished, production-ready interfaces and customer-centered workflows.
• Architect reusable UI systems, component libraries, and frontend abstractions.
• Collaborate with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Mentor other engineers and establish a frontend culture focused on craftsmanship and modern tooling.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building and scaling complex modern web applications.
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering and design tooling as a core part of the development workflow.
• Exceptional design sensibility with a focus on UX quality, accessibility, and visual precision.
• Systems thinking approach to designing scalable UI architectures.
