What you will do

• Build and evolve design system and component library for rapid experiments
• Shape frontend architecture for AI-assisted workflows and reliable interfaces
• Build UX for Labs experiments from wireframing to beta-ready prototypes
• Partner with design to codify principles into reusable primitives and standards
• Own experimentation framework for prototyping, feedback, and org-wide contributions
• Define graduation criteria and validate with users and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years shipping customer-facing web products with depth in design systems or component libraries
• Strong React and TypeScript; own complex frontend architecture
• Track record of tasteful UI, simplifying workflows, and high craft standards
• Experience building tools/frameworks accelerating non-engineering work
• Shape codebases for AI workflows; own ambiguous high-impact problems
• Product instincts, clear communication in remote async environment

Nice to have

• Technical founder or early engineer at high-growth SaaS
