Base Salary: Tier 1 (NYC/SF Bay Area/Seattle) $140,000–$175,000; Tier 2 $130,000–$160,000; Tier 3 $115,000–$145,000 annually. On-Target Commission $23,000–$35,000; Equity: 2,500 stock options.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to drive enterprise sales cycles, leading technical presentations and POCs for Fortune 500 merchants.
• Design API integrations and data flows tailored to merchant industries, payment models, and operations.
• Evaluate fraud risk profiles, recommend data strategies for ML performance, and validate models against merchant datasets.
• Influence product and data science roadmap with merchant feedback and capability gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers for seamless onboardings of complex solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Solutions Architect or equivalent senior customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on API design experience (REST, webhooks, data schemas, event-driven architectures)
• Exposure to fraud detection, bot mitigation, payments, chargebacks, or fintech domains
• Working knowledge of ML concepts for fraud decisioning
• Track record with enterprise merchants ($500M+ revenue) and C-suite engineering leaders
• Experience co-selling complex enterprise deals

Nice to have

• Chargeback representment or bank ecosystem experience
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
• Prior role at fraud prevention or risk intelligence company
• Fortune 500 named-account program experience
• Project management skills
