What you will do

• Build and maintain hirify.global’s cross-platform client-side codebase
• Improve the user experience of the React Native mobile app
• Dive into native levels to boost performance and expose Android/iOS APIs
• Serve as subject matter expert on Android/iOS ecosystem across teams
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining fast, reliable, real-time mobile applications
• Experience with C/C++ and React Native
• Product-minded approach committed to the best user experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment
• Understanding of trade-offs in engineering solutions, valuing pragmatism

Nice to have

• Experience with JNI, Android NDK, and Kotlin
• Experience with TypeScript
