What you will do

• Define the long-term architectural roadmap for the iOS platform to ensure modularity and scalability.
• Develop and own foundational frameworks for networking, authentication, and local data persistence.
• Set engineering standards for Swift development and conduct deep technical design reviews (RFCs).
• Champion best practices in Swift Concurrency and optimize UI performance.
• Mentor senior engineers to elevate their architectural thinking and solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience building and shipping mobile apps from scratch using best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI in a production environment.
• Proficiency with client-server protocols such as gRPC and Protobuf.
• Experience working with Bluetooth and Bluetooth LE.
• Strong commitment to pixel-perfect UI and test-driven development.

Nice to have

• Experience building and releasing applications on the iOS App Store.
• Knowledge of UIKit, CoreAnimation, and other iOS libraries.
• Experience with C++.
