What you will do

• Develop and maintain the hirify.global Sportsbook application using React and React Native.
• Design and build stable, performant software using pragmatic design approaches and best practices.
• Implement Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectural patterns to enhance system efficiency.
• Utilize AI-powered tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate coding workflows and improve quality.
• Mentor new team members and actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning.
• Monitor system health and resolve root causes of complex problems using DataDog and Sentry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development creating and maintaining mobile applications.
• Proficiency with React and React Native.
• Strong fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, RDS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tooling, preferably Jenkins or BuildKite.
• Must be based in the United States (Atlanta, GA) for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and the Atlassian suite.
