What you will do

• Turn rough ideas, sketches, or voice memos into clickable prototypes same-day for iOS-native surfaces like maps, widgets, Live Activities, Dynamic Island, and voice.
• Make tasteful UI decisions to get 80% there without full design specs, refining with design and product.
• Participate in product direction debates, pushing back on ideas and contributing creatively.
• Use AI tools aggressively to generate code, write tests, review work, and orchestrate agents.
• Ship to test groups daily, observe usage, and iterate based on short feedback loops.

Requirements

• Based in the US or Canada for remote work.
• Deep experience shipping consumer mobile products with Swift and SwiftUI; know Apple ecosystem.
• Self-starter with zero-to-one startup experience; ship daily without specs, thrive on momentum.
• Strong opinions on design/taste; articulate why UIs work or fail; handle prototypes independently.
• AI-native workflow: hands-on with Claude Code, Cursor, agentic workflows, prompt engineering.
• Operate on founder hours with high energy to win; customer of hirify.global app preferred.
