Salary: $36,900 — $83,050 USD per year

What you will do

  • Create and maintain agent schedules aligned with forecasted workload and labor laws.
  • Monitor real-time data, including ticket volumes and queues, to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Proactively address staffing gaps by reallocating resources or adjusting assignments.
  • Track and report on schedule adherence, attendance, and productivity metrics.
  • Develop short- and long-term workload forecasts based on historical data and trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate forecasts into actionable staffing plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in workforce management, including scheduling, forecasting, and real-time monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Experience with WFM tools such as NICE, Teleopti, or Assembled.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Location: Must be based in EMEA.
