Associate IT Manager

What you will do

• Provide technical support to local, remote, and event-based employees, contractors, and vendors
• Manage helpdesk requests, configure and troubleshoot Mac/Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, and A/V systems
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, inventory tracking, and asset management
• Administer Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, and other applications
• Support networking, VPN, wireless, and event/production environments
• Participate in IT projects, process improvements, and after-hours event support

Requirements

• At least 2 years in IT support or project management
• Experience with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Knowledge of helpdesk systems, asset management, printers, A/V, and basic networking/VPN
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, with flexibility for after-hours and travel
• Willingness to travel as needed, passion for live music
