What you will do

• Maintain and update all manufacturing technical documentation.
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and oversee external vendors to ensure equipment and processes meet requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve equipment efficiency and resolve downtime events.
• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing operations and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve safety and ergonomics issues within the production environment.
• Develop technical training manuals and deliver training for team members and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of high-volume manufacturing and testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and engineering software.
• Ability to work off-shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• No immigration sponsorship available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of high-speed assembly manufacturing equipment and vision inspection systems.
• Proficiency with CAD Software.
• Experience with Statistical Analysis and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
