What you will do

• Define platform strategy, roadmap, and priorities for analyst experience, workflows, and extensibility.
• Translate AI/ML capabilities into usable analyst experiences with explainability and audit trails.
• Own API and integration surfaces for customer extensibility without engineering dependency.
• Drive UX as a strategic lever impacting model feedback loops and data quality.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customer teams.
• Coach a small team of PMs through hands-on leadership and operating cadence.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience shipping enterprise-scale products.
• 3+ years managing PMs as player-coach.
• Demonstrated UX ownership in analyst/end-user workflows.
• API product ownership including specs for developer surfaces.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS in regulated industries like financial services.
• Strong written communication for specs and strategy documents.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science.

• Prior experience in financial services, compliance, or legal tech.
• Commercializing AI/ML with feedback loops.
