Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the Austin, TX Area and attend weekly in-person meetings at the Austin Headquarters.

Salary: $17.85 - $24.00 / hour

What you will do

• Assist with routine accounting tasks such as data entry, account reconciliation, and financial documentation.
• Support the preparation of journal entries and basic financial reports under supervision.
• Help the tax team with data gathering, schedules, and documentation for tax filings and compliance.
• Organize and maintain accounting and tax records to support audits and reporting needs.
• Support month‑end or quarter‑end close activities by preparing supporting schedules.
• Perform ad‑hoc research or analysis related to accounting or tax matters.

Requirements

• Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field).
• Graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026.
• Must be based in the Austin, TX Area.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from early June through early August.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship or support.
