What you will do

• Query large datasets to generate ad hoc analysis and derive clear business insights.
• Perform historical claims analysis and reprice reporting for risk management.
• Create high-quality, client-ready deliverables for the sales team to illustrate company value.
• Execute deep-dive investigations into large datasets to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Analytics, Clinical, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support the RFP pipeline for both Enterprise and non-Enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Looker, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop key insights from data.
• Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and benefit structure).
