What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed project plans to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all communication and expectations.
• Collaborate with neurologists, research scientists, data scientists, and engineers to deliver reproducible analysis products.
• Oversee data collection from collaborators and ensure strict compliance with onboarding protocols.
• Document and organize project requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate productive cross-functional meetings and ensure all team input is heard and addressed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Strong capacity for organizing requirements and producing clear, concise written communication.
• Prior tech startup experience strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in learning more about statistics and machine learning.
