What you will do

• Architect and operationalize an AI-DLC powered software factory to accelerate development, testing, QA, and release processes.
• Mentor and grow the team's AI fluency and technical depth, serving as a player-coach.
• Identify and integrate AI capabilities, such as intelligent audience analytics and automated production, into the core platform.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI-assisted development, including security controls and auditability.
• Monitor the AI landscape to evaluate emerging technologies and tools for competitive advantage.
• Lead organizational change to embed AI into daily workflows across all functional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, operations, product, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of building AI-enabled development environments and implementing AI-DLC at enterprise scale.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a current, valid passport for international travel.
• Preference for candidates able to work in the EST timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, webcasting, streaming media, or unified communications platforms.
• Familiarity with high-availability, real-time systems.
• Background working with Fortune 500 companies or regulated industries.
