TL;DR
Head of AI Enablement (AI): Formalizing and accelerating enterprise-wide AI adoption through technical decisions, prototypes, and tooling with an accent on standards, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on building internal tools, defining adoption strategies, and delivering measurable impact via a Champions network and AI Steering Committee.
Location: Remote – USA, Canada, Mexico
Salary: $240,000 - $260,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Evaluate, prototype, and decide on AI tools, platforms, agents, models, and orchestration layers for enterprise adoption.
- Build internal tools, dashboards, prototypes, and reference implementations to demonstrate effective AI usage.
- Set and execute AI adoption strategy, metrics, milestones, and reporting for executives and board.
- Operate AI Enablement Hub: manage intake, prioritization, cadences, and cross-functional governance.
- Lead distributed Champions network in business units and chair AI Steering Committee.
- Define AI governance framework, partner on workforce implications, build business cases, and communicate strategy.
Requirements
- IC readiness: hands-on building, prototyping, and shipping without relying on a team.
- Experience driving technology adoption and cultural change across large organizations.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, data privacy, and enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise).
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority, including with executives and engineering leaders.
- Strong communication for executive presentations and facilitation.
- Experience in data-intensive environments and organizational change at scale.
Nice to have
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in financial services, B2B data, or tech.
- Background in workforce enablement and regulated data handling.
