TL;DR
Emerging Technologies Developer (AI/ML): Identifying, assessing, and delivering artificial intelligence projects and proofs of concept using traditional development platforms and low-code/no-code tools with an accent on automation and digital transformation. Focus on leading development of automated processes, evaluating AI/ML adoption opportunities, and integrating offerings with core business platforms.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $96,000–$118,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do
- Lead development, testing, and lifecycle management of automated processes using traditional and low-code approaches.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI/ML technology adoption.
- Build relationships with business leaders to understand platforms and integrate automation/AI offerings.
- Work with Emerging Technologies team and stakeholders to promote digital culture.
Requirements
- Completed College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of technology and design experience in an agile environment.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Experience with digital technology, relationship management, market research.
- Programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Knowledge of AI/ML/RPA, SaaS/cloud solutions, rapid prototyping, agile product development.

- UX/UI design, project management, software development experience.
