Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $96,000–$118,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead development, testing, and lifecycle management of automated processes using traditional and low-code approaches.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI/ML technology adoption.
• Build relationships with business leaders to understand platforms and integrate automation/AI offerings.
• Work with Emerging Technologies team and stakeholders to promote digital culture.

Requirements

• Completed College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of technology and design experience in an agile environment.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Experience with digital technology, relationship management, market research.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML/RPA, SaaS/cloud solutions, rapid prototyping, agile product development.

Nice to have

• UX/UI design, project management, software development experience.
