What you will do
- Coordinate primary value chain activities including Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, and Construction.
- Control and update project execution readiness templates, tracking deadlines and managing deviations against the baseline.
- Maintain and report on weekly and monthly execution readiness KPI dashboards.
- Serve as the link between PMEPC and Nacelles/Blades GLFs to ensure the readiness of main components.
- Perform execution readiness tasks for construction teams and provide offsite support to projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience, specifically with power project lifecycles.
- Working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.
- Fluent English proficiency for effective communication and safety collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insurable under company policy.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hats, etc.).
