What you will do

• Perform in-depth financial analysis of value-add commercial properties and high-yield commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
• Monitor quarterly financials to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Oversee property performance and manage loan strategies, including site visits to markets to identify risks.
• Communicate investment insights to senior leadership and investors.
• Assist with borrower negotiations, loan modifications, and strategic opportunities.
• Review and approve annual property operating budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a similar field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial real estate and analytical experience.
• Ability to understand complex loan documents and develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
