What you will do

• Analyze credit and financial data for prospective and existing customers, preparing requests, modifications, and risk recommendations.
• Collaborate on loan closings, construction advances, documentation review, and budget preparation.
• Track and monitor financial information, covenant compliance, maturities, delinquencies, and portfolio performance.
• Maintain credit files, financial statements, tax returns, and ensure lien perfection on collateral.
• Assist Relationship Managers with customer relationships, site visits, and portfolio priorities including reporting and reviews.
• Comply with policies, regulations, and credit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or related
• 6+ years banking credit analysis experience; preferred Affordable Housing/LIHTC
• Advanced analytical skills for financial statements, cash flows, tax returns, and complex structures
• Knowledge of company formations, borrowing/guaranty structures, CRE lending regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
• 20% travel
