AI Solutions Architect - Pre-sales (UK)

What you will do

• Partner with sales representatives to understand client security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and consultations for prospective clients.
• Architect customized AI security solutions using cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects and validate solution effectiveness in client environments.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and deployment integration.
• Train clients and internal stakeholders while sharing field feedback with product, engineering, and research teams.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture.
• Proficiency with Linux, including GNU tools and Bash.
• Moderate to advanced cloud experience with hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Python programming experience and experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with MLOps tools or environments and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines.
