Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact and support for Premium Support customers.
• Onboard new customers and conduct periodic health checks and product training.
• Act as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders to ensure feedback is documented and addressed.
• Research technical issues and develop recommendations and action plans for resolution.
• Lead cross-functional groups to manage the resolution of escalated cases.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify renewal risks and account expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
• Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• CISSP or ITIL Certification.
• 3+ years of Customer Success or Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
• Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
• Python scripting and RestAPI experience.
