GTM Strategy & Operations (AI): Coordinating the commercial launch and market reach of frontier AI models with an accent on cross-functional program management and execution. Focus on designing repeatable launch methodologies, synthesizing customer adoption signals, and optimizing compute capacity allocation.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (minimum 25% office presence required)

Salary: $190,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as GTM DRI for product and model launches, owning account selection and coordinating field readiness.
• Synthesize customer adoption signals and usage patterns into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Design and iterate the GTM model-launch methodology for standard releases and managed-access programs.
• Act as the primary interface to Product S&O and Research to ensure commercial readiness aligns with model development.
• Partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, and capacity planning for account cohorts.
• Collaborate on competitive response and targeting strategies during overlapping external launches.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, or GTM strategy & operations.
• Track record of running high-stakes, operations-heavy programs at a high-velocity product company.
• Proven ability to write for and present to senior executives.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design metrics and distinguish signal from noise.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York offices at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Looker, BigQuery), and sophisticated spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience at AI, developer-tools, or API-first companies with consumption-based pricing.
• Familiarity with commercial roles (sales, rev ops, PMM) or product management.
• Knowledge of safety, trust & safety, or security-review processes in a product context.
