What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, technical, and regulatory requirements across cybersecurity domains.
• Translate requirements into SAFe-aligned artifacts like features, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile tools.
• Support PI planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team dependency mapping.
• Operationalize frameworks like NIST and ISO into workflows, controls, and measurable outputs with SMEs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned to target operating models.
• Facilitate workshops with IT, security, risk, and business stakeholders; define success metrics and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience in large-scale enterprise IT or cybersecurity programs
• Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodology (experience supporting ARTs or value streams preferred)
• Experience in cybersecurity domains or regulatory/compliance environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial environments
• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) security concepts
• Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner)
