TL;DR

Middle Reconciliation Analyst (Igaming): Reconcile transactions across payment gateways, bank accounts, and providers using Reconciliation Tool and Excel with an accent on accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and balance management. Focus on investigating reconciling items, liaising with internal and external teams, producing reports, and supervising juniors.

Location: Fully remote with option to office in London, Limassol, Tbilisi, or Yerevan

What you will do

  • Reconcile payment transactions across bank accounts and providers using Reconciliation Tool and Excel
  • Identify outstanding items, prepare summaries, and resolve discrepancies per SOPs
  • Liaise with FinOps, Customer Support, IT, and external correspondents to investigate issues
  • Produce routine and ad-hoc internal/external reports
  • Participate in review meetings, provide status updates, and flag process improvements
  • Monitor balances, assess payment risks, and support junior colleagues

Requirements

  • 1+ years in similar reconciliation role
  • Upper-intermediate English with strong communication skills
  • Excel proficiency (formulas, Pivot Tables, reference functions)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle large data volumes
  • Team player able to work cross-functionally with remote teams and meet deadlines
  • Readiness to learn fast and adapt to changes

Nice to have

  • Power Query experience
  • Team supervision experience
  • Bookkeeping understanding
