Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX design process for digital workstreams, from discovery and wireframes to prototypes and developer handoff.
• Design across various ecommerce areas including homepages, product listing pages, checkout flows, and on-site personalization.
• Develop and maintain shared design systems and Figma libraries to ensure consistency across global markets.
• Collaborate with research and analytics teams to validate design decisions via user testing and A/B testing.
• Apply mobile-first and responsive principles to ensure accessibility and usability across all viewports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX design experience focused on ecommerce or direct-to-consumer products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and design system management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work (research, ideation, wireframes, and prototypes).
• Knowledge of how to integrate AI tools like Claude and Figma AI to increase design efficiency.
• Proven ability to use analytics and A/B testing to drive design improvements.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in global or multi-market ecommerce environments.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and user research platforms.
• Basic understanding of UI engineering and front-end implementation.
