What you will do

• Shape the product's emotional language through visual, illustration, and motion design.
• Design the visual "soul" of the AI agent, creating critical moments of empathy for members.
• Develop high-fidelity micro-interactions, haptic feedback, and seamless transitions.
• Create visual bridges that elevate the connection between members and human care teams.
• Partner with Product Designers and Engineering to implement motion assets via Lottie and Rive.
• Drive rapid iteration and deployment while maintaining long-term visual integrity.

Requirements

• Elite portfolio showcasing top-tier motion graphics, illustrations, and micro-interactions.
• Experience with highly visual consumer tech such as social media, premium lifestyle apps, or gaming.
• Expert-level skills in Figma, Jitter, Adobe After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Advanced prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle) and 3D modeling (Blender, Spline, or Cinema4D).
• Proven experience shipping lightweight animations via Lottie or Rive.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
